Shilpa Bodiwala is a Senior Associate Attorney representing various Insurance Carriers, Self-Insured Employers and Public Entities in all aspects of Workers Compensation Litigation.   She is a Certified Workers Compensation Specialist with extensive experience working both sides of the WC Spectrum with a unique perspective and understanding of the objectives and strategies of the opposing counsel whenever practicable, leading to an expeditious resolution in a most cost effective manner.

Ms. Bodiwala has extensive experience in litigating complex injuries and high exposure cases with the ability to keep her clients’ goal and needs in the forefront.  She is known for her zealous and aggressive handling of cases for her clients to secure a favorable resolutions including a “Dismissal” or a “Take nothing.”

Before admitted to practice Law in California, Shilpa Bodiwala earned her Master of Arts Degree in Economics and Bachelor of Law degree from Gujarat University, India.
