Nonna Stepanian has extensive experience in workers' compensation law. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Subsequently, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University Law School.

Ms. Stepanian is licensed in the State of California and in the State of Arizona. She has been representing many insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers in all aspects of workers' compensation law and related matters.  She also has years of experience in data privacy and healthcare compliance laws.

Outside of work, Ms. Stepanian enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their Portuguese Water Dog.  Together, they do a lot of traveling, hiking, and other outdoor activities.  Ms. Stepanian is fluent in Russian.
