Michael Yasenchok

Mr. Yasenchok obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California Lutheran University. After working as an Accountant for a number of years, he then attended and graduated from Southwestern University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. 

Following law school graduation, Mr. Yasenchok worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including matters related to Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations as well as alleged Labor Code Section §132a violations for insurance companies and third-party administrators. 

 

Mr. Yasenchok and his wife, Vicky have three children. During their free time, the family enjoys all manner of outdoor activities.
