Daniel M. Harris
Dan Harris was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College, Vermont. As a Dean’s List honoree, Mr. Harris majored in American Literature with a concentration in Political Philosophy, also studying at the University of Kent in Canterbury for one academic year. In 1992, he earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was selected as a coveted Scott Moot Court law team member.
Mr. Harris is licensed to practice before all State Courts in California. Prior to joining Morgan & Leahy, LLP, Mr. Harris practiced Workers’ Compensation defense law, representing clients in diverse industries, including hotel operations, fast food, supermarket, and apartment management settings. Mr. Harris previously co-owned mortgage banking and sports management companies, and so he brings real world negotiation and resolution experience to his law practice.
