Franco Yaconelli

Mr. Yaconelli obtained his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. He was then awarded his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge Law School/University of the Pacific in 2000.

Following law school graduation, Mr. Yaconelli worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including matters related to Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations and alleged Labor Code Section §132a violations for self-insureds, insurance companies, and third-party administrators. 

He enjoys spending time with family or traveling the United States in his spare time.
