Britnee A. Branch
Britnee Branch was born in Oxnard, California. In 2010, she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2016.
While at Southwestern Law School, she was extremely active in the Law Review and Moot Court Honors Programs. She became a Lead Editor on the Executive Board of Law Review. She also participated as both an oralist and writer for the Moot Court Honors Program. She received scholarships and various accolades, including the Dean’s List recognition along with the CALI “Excellence for Future” Award, Law Review Bluebook Award, and Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.
Ms. Branch was admitted to the California State Bar in 2017. Since then, she has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Morgan & Leahy, LLP, she worked at large and reputable workers’ compensation defense firms in Southern California. She has experience representing insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators in all aspects of litigation. She prides herself on being a zealous legal advocate for all of her clients.
Outside of work, Ms. Branch can be found travelling to and exploring new places. She also enjoys adventures and quality time with her family, friends, and beloved pets
