ROBERT A. MCCONNEGHY, IV
Robert A. McConneghy, IV, is a Partner at Morgan and Leahy. He has represented insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense in California for the past eighteen years.

Mr. McConneghy has worked for other statewide law firms where he has been responsible for employer-based training/seminars, managing/supervising a team of attorneys, and managing an expanding and dynamic caseload for many large national and regional employers.

Mr. McConneghy received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Tempe, where he was on the Dean’s List. He is a member of the California and New York Bar Associations.
Mr. McConneghy and his wife, Lily, have a growing family with three children, and when not working, he can be found coaching his kids’ sports teams and adventuring outdoors, including hiking and climbing.
