JOHN R. LEAHY
Mr. Leahy obtained his AA degree with the highest honors from Cerritos College. He then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. He went on to complete his legal studies at the University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree.
Prior to forming Morgan & Leahy, LLP, Mr. Leahy worked at large defense firms, where he gained valuable experience. Mr. Leahy currently represents third-party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities, employers, and uninsured employers in all matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including standard defense litigation, Labor Code §132a claims, and serious and willful misconduct allegations.
